Wardrobe Trendy Tips

Trend Alert:
The Long Skirt
When it comes to skirts this season, designers concentrated on a 'mature look' and focused on longer skirts and dresses. When shopping for the right long dress or long skirt, make sure is similar to this Pins and Needles Chiffon Maxi Skirt form Urban Outfitters ($54); it has airy pleats, breezy silhouette, and is high-waist. Perfect with a cropped shirt or sweater and lace-up (vintage) booties. Call this your 'mature outfit.'
The 70s are Back (Again!!)
This Season the retail industry is giving us (shoppers) a hefty dose of '70s sensibility, and to be quite honest this is exciting. I give this trend a "Thumbs Up" and recommend you all to take a break from your favorite skinny jeans and go shop for some wide-leg pants :)...Check out some really cool bell bottom Pants (like these Charley 5.0 $120) vintage inspired with a classic color fade. Best to wear with platform shoes and tucked in tank top.

Leopard Prints
I don't know why, but leopard prints are always in. Anyways just make sure to wear it Right, Keep it simple, and Try not to Mix it w/ Brights. This Leopard Tie Blouse is $48 at shopnastygal.com and looks pretty cool with indigo skinny pants. Cute Mini Exposure: Wear a laced black bralette with the shirt (& let your underlings shine through).
